- Double shaft shredder is suitable for large volume or hollow materials, such as: car shell, tires, refrigerator, TV, washing machine
plastic bucket,metal bucket, packaging box,plastic tray, medical waste,industrial waste, kitchen waste, organic waste, hard disk,
documents, books and other materials that difficult to crush. - The blade is made of special alloy steel, strong and durable with long service life.
-The thickness, number of teeth and sequence of rotary blades can be designed according to different material crushing requirements. - Composite structure outer frame with folio in thicken , wide- angle hexagon of the strong rotating shaft, strong hopper with large-calibre, easy for large size material input.
- The shredder is standard configuration with Siemens PLC automatic control system, equipped with start, stop, reverse and overload automatic protection functions, with low speed, low noise, low dust, high output and other characteristics.

Screen unit
A wide range of screens with a variety of configurations and mesh sizes are replaceable based on customer’s production requirements. The paper shredder will automatically stop while opening the screen unit to ensure operator safety. The screen is produced and mounted in sections, allow for easy maintenance.

Rotor & Fixed blade
The material is forged with alloy tool steel, preci-sion machining, multiple heat treatment and low-temperature freezing and heattreatment technology. The overall toughness and hardness can be reused to ensurecutting performance and service life.The fixed tool adopts hook installation to opti-mize the tool replacement function and make the tool maintenance and replace-ment excellent.

Bearing / seal
the bearing seat adopts split and easy to disassemble type, which canremove moving knife, fixed knife, bearing and other parts, and is easy to maintainand replace the cutting tool.The sealing structure can block the contact between broken objects and grease, and can protect bearings and gears when handling liquid.

Electrical control system
The main electrical control adopts brand electrical compo-nents and intelligent control system.The incoming and outgoing conveying devicehas contacts in the electric box control, which is simple to operate.
