- Sound-proof plastic crusher is suitable for crushing all kinds of plastic materials, including waste produced after injection molding, blow molding or extrusion molding.
- High-quality alloy steel blades, good toughness, wear-resistant, adjustable blade expansion,lt can be used repeatedly.
- The crusher adopts fully enclosed structure and is equipped with sound insulation device, which can effectively reduce the noise stay 1m awavy from the machine, the noise value is about 80-90dB when crushing soft plastics, and about 85-105dB when crushing hard plastics.
- Adopt current relay, motor overload protection and multiple safety protection devices.

Screen unit
Screen unit: a wide range of screens with a variety of configurations and mesh sizes are replaceable based on customer’s production requirements. The paper shredder will automatically stop while opening the screen unit to ensure operator safety. The screen is produced and mounted in sections, allow for easy maintenance.

Rotor
The blades of TLPP series is similar between claws and flats blades, which is suitable for crushing plastic proucts of ordinary sheet, focus on crush glass, polymer and packaging materials and is suitable for a wide range of applications; Blades can be customized according to the material.

Fixed blade
Fixed blade: Auxiliary moving knife operation, allowing the crusher to handle harder or higher abrasion materials as well as provide long term, stable operation.

Soundproofing Design
The machine is designed with double layer sound insulation on all four sides. The inner layer is made of stainless steel, and the space in between is filled with sound insulation material, resulting in excellent noise reduction effects.
