- Designed for all kinds of rigid plastics which is dificult to crush (such as round bar short material, block/spherical plastic lump, shoe material etc.
- The claw-type blades holder is professionally developed and designed for hard plastics with strong force, while optimizing the cutting angle, improving cutting efficiency and reducing blades wear.
- Double-layered feeding hopper with strong wear resistance, filled with sound insulation materials, can effectively reduce noise.
- Models TLY6740 and below use mounted bearings. model TLY7550 use independent gland bearing seat, load-bearing and oil seal device. add sound insulation baffle, which can effectively reduce vibration and noise, and ensure that materials are not polluted by oil.
- Opening and closing feeding hopper by cylinder which is easy to operate.
- The plastic crusher can be equipped with auxliary equipoment, such as: conveyor belt immediate recycling system, immediate recycling dust

Screen unit
A wide range of screens with a variety of configurations and mesh sizes are replaceable based on customer’s production requirements. The paper shredder will automatically stop while opening the screen unit to ensure operator safety. The screen is produced and mounted in sections, allow for easy maintenance.

Soundproofing Design
