Polish customers recycle rubber plates and ultimately want to obtain two specifications: 0-2mm and 2-0.5mm.
According to the customer’s needs, our senior engineers have provided automated recycling production lines:
1.Transport rubber blocks to single shaft shredder through a conveyor belt,tear the rubber into 40mm sized blocks by single shaft shredder.
2.Using an L-shaped conveyor belt at the discharge port of a single shaft shredder, the shredded material is uniformly transported to the versatile crusher at a uniform speed.
3.The versatile crusher crushes 40mm rubber blocks into the desired size for the customer.
4.Collect crushed particles through a centralized recycling system, drop them into a vibrating screen, and screen the specifications that customers want.
