Description

Working principle

1. Linkage with the film making machine: During the film making process, the film scraps sent out by the film making machine are immediately fed into the traction mechanism of the granulator. The scraps are partially melted by the extrusion mechanism and extruded into the mold. The granulator cuts them into uniform particles, which are then sucked in by the feeding cooling mechanism and sent to the cooling pipeline. Finally, they are sent to the customer collection device to complete the recycling and utilization of waste materials.

2. Used for slitting machine: The cut scraps are orderly wound onto the paper core and fed into the drum for granulation.
