Operation and Use
What checks need to be done before starting the equipment?
Check whether all safety protection devices are installed and working properly, such as whether the protective cover, emergency stop button, etc. are intact.
Check the power supply line and control line to ensure that there are no exposed wires and short circuit risks. If there are damaged lines, replace them in time.
Confirm that the type and size of the material meet the equipment specifications to avoid inputting too large or too hard materials.
Ensure that there is no debris or residual material inside the machine, and clean it up if there is any.
What should be paid attention to during the operation of the equipment?
The operator should always pay attention to the operating status of the machine. If abnormal sounds, vibrations or overheating are found, the equipment should be stopped and checked immediately.
It is strictly forbidden to perform maintenance or cleaning work during the operation of the equipment. If such operations are required, they must be performed after the equipment is completely stopped and the power is disconnected.
How to feed correctly?
The feeding should be continuous and uniform to prevent blockage.
The feed particle size should not exceed the specified size. For large-sized materials, preliminary cutting or crushing may be required to meet the feeding requirements of the equipment.
