1. A shredder is a machine used for fine crushing. It is generally used to process unprocessed raw materials or scraps to make them smaller in size. A representative example is to shred plastic or rubber scraps and use them as raw materials for melting and granulation to re-make plastic bottles, tires or trash cans, etc. Shredders are used in the plastic recycling industry and are often used for the crushing of waste large-diameter PE plastic pipes, bundled plastic films, large piles of plastic sheets and head materials.

Operation and Use

What checks need to be done before starting the equipment?

Confirm that the type and size of the material meet the equipment specifications to avoid inputting too large or too hard materials.
Ensure that there is no debris or residual material inside the machine, and clean it up if there is any.

What should be paid attention to during the operation of the equipment?
The operator should always pay attention to the operating status of the machine. If abnormal sounds, vibrations or overheating are found, the equipment should be stopped and checked immediately.
It is strictly forbidden to perform maintenance or cleaning work during the operation of the equipment. If such operations are required, they must be performed after the equipment is completely stopped and the power is disconnected.

How to feed correctly?
The feeding should be continuous and uniform to prevent blockage.
