1. Scope of Applicable Materials
This silent central granulator can crush a wide range of plastic waste from injection molding, blow molding and extrusion processes, including injection sprues and runners, offcuts from blow-molded goods, extruded sheet / pipe scrap, PP hollow boards, PET bottles, hard plastics such as ABS, PC and PS, thick & thin-gauge thermoformed parts, plastic pallets, plastic packaging scrap and most other plastic product residues. It satisfies waste handling demands of all types of plastic molding manufacturers.

High-quality alloy steel cutters come as standard. Subjected to professional heat treatment, the blades deliver great toughness, wear resistance and impact resistance. Blade clearance is adjustable; worn blades can be reground and reused multiple times, drastically cutting long-term spare parts and maintenance costs.
The cutter assembly adopts shear crushing principle. It cuts materials by blade shearing instead of impact hammering, delivering smooth cutting and low risk of jamming. Quick-change screens are fitted to freely adjust output granule size. Crushed granules are uniform with a low fine-powder ratio.

The machine body adopts a fully enclosed construction with built-in acoustic insulation components to block noise generated during crushing from spreading outwards. Measured noise level at 1 meter from the machine: approx. 80–90dB when crushing soft plastics; approx. 85–105dB for hard plastics.
For projects with strict EIA requirements, factories adjacent to offices, staff dormitories or residential areas, or facilities requiring 24-hour night production, a custom modular sound insulation chamber is available for secondary acoustic isolation. The chamber uses composite sound-insulating wall panels filled with high-density sound-absorbing materials, together with silenced ventilation systems. It ensures noise reduction while maintaining motor heat dissipation to avoid overheating shutdown. Access hatches, observation windows, feeding and discharging conveying passages are reserved on the chamber for cutter maintenance and automatic conveying integration.
With the sound insulation chamber installed, noise can be further reduced by 20~30dB, stabilized below 70dB under most operating conditions.
